getting new kitchen stuff

my mom was in a really good mood today and went shopping and when she came back she had a bag full of kitchen stuff she bought me for my apartment!

she got me this set of "kitchen gadgets"...ie. a spatula, ice cream scoop, vegetable peeler, etc etc etc. then she got me a new non stick pot and a frying pan and recipe book n shit????

fuck it felt like my birthday. i never knew i'd be so excited to get stuff for my kitchen but it was one of the best presents i've ever gotten...and it's not even christmas or my birrthday or nothing.

i love my mummy.

i love getting kitchen stuff! even though i don't have my own kitchen, that's okay! heh..

i got a blender for christmas one year, i was excited. i always buy stuff for the kitchen, since my mom never gets around to buying it herself.

ack! kitchen supply stores are my biggest weakness.
especially when it comes to coffee/alcohol related gizmos...

i also have sick fantasies about plastic wooden spoons (not wood wooden spoons cuz they feel too dry and *shudder* in my hand), and pearing knives...

the best kitchen gadget i've gotten is a george foreman grill! the next thing i want is a blender. i'm tempted to go to one of those bubble tea places and steal their bubble tea blenders. imagine the yummy alcholic slushy drinks you could make.

do they have alcoholic bubble tea???

yeah it really helps having all the right kitchen necessities.
like when i lived with my mum i never even noticed then as necessities just acessories. ;P

i picked up a full kitchen worth of stuff last week at the bay, all i need now is pots and pans.

i have a blender and a drink/milkshake mixer thing. they're great.

i have so many little gadgets in my kitchen. i can't wait until i have my OWN kitchen!

i get so excited about kitchen stuff..

there's beer flavoured bbtea, but it's unknown to me if there's any alcohol innit.

i want one of those orange peelers... when i went to school i saw kids using those.. i got pretty jealous cuz there i am digging my finger nails into the orange trying to pull the damn peel off. what an awesome invention.

like cheryl said.. can't wait to have my own kitchen!

I <3 my blender/juicer

and my mom got this nifty little spoon holder thing so that the stove doesn't get dirty when you put your spoon down while cooking. It's great.

I love my George Foreman Grill....it's super handy and you can cook so much stuff on it

and my spice rack..I spent forever finding just the right one

and my blender and my handhelder super horse power blender
kitchen gadgets are great...but I often don't have food to use with them....well real food

my popcorm popper is the one I use the most cause i always gots the popcorns...

yes! my george foreman grill rocks my world

i have a mini one wih a blue bun warmer...but my mommy has a big huge white one. we used to have a black one but i ruined it one day cuz i was making hamburgers and i used a crazy steal wool sponge thingy to clean it...not knowing it would scratch off the non stick surface. ooops. but the white one goes better with our other kitchen appliances so i guess i did my mom a favor but ruining her first george foreman grill. i hate it when appliances don't really match.
