Too softly

maybe i cry too softly, but it still eases the pain, i get through the tears and crash into dreams that numb my mind ... i forget, drift away and become untouched.

maybe i touch to softly, i meant to make an impression ... instead i vanished, without leaving evidence that i was even present.

maybe i whisper too softly, you simply cannot hear ... though if i screamed it wouldnt make a difference.
