What a bummer...
My comp is dead....
I'm on my roomies posting this...

I won't be online until next week...
My power supply for my computer died and may have took out the main motherboard..what a joke!...I might be looking at a $300-$400 repair bill. If you need anything in the imediate future...plz email me at this address.. [email protected] ....i will be checking that from time to time.

Yep it took out the motherboard.... =(
The ram, video card, hard drive and sound card are all ok so the only thing i have to worry about is a new motherboard and pentium chip...But yeah $300-$400 bux kinda blows..

If my computer died, I wouldn't know what to do. I would probably die too :( And I wouldn't ahve enough money to buy a new computer for a while, which will make me worse.

Try looking at what computer parts were back when I was buying/selling equipment 9 years ago.

Hell! Memory was selling for $50/Mb retail!

I remember I paid over $2000 for my 80286, 20Mb HD, ATI EGAWonder card, TTL Amber monitor, AT Keyboard, Roland 1012 dot matirx printer and got a free power bar thrown it!

no nesicarily, I got my self a new moherboard, a durnon 800, and a case for about (+- 20) $380... if ya wanna go fo the gig or higher range than the price goes up to 450 - 600 range... but then again thats for AMD chips, if you want to go for pentiums, then ya have to shell out a few hundred extra dollars... wbahhaha, I love my AMD
