inspirational music?

I don't know about you but music puts me in different moods and mellowed out music tends to set me in the mood that I want and need to be in. In art class long ago, I wouln't get going unless I had a walkman on me.

What kind of music, if any at all is inspiring to you? I'm gonna go to virgin and pick up some cd's, some requests would be EXCELLENT.

For inspiration, i like thoughtful music, sometimes with a meloncholic tune...

uhmmmm i always listen to drum&bass or jazz when Im writing sooooooooo for the jazz selection i reccomend some miles davis,billie holiday,diana krall,ella fitzgerald,louis armstrong...and for dnb distorted minds,ram trilogy,j majik,ak1200,dieselboy,dara,dillinja,twi sted individual,ed rush,klute, ehmmmmm shy fx.

sometimes i listen to like the deftones or lauryn hill del la soul or outkast.
