Question for guys and girls...

Have you ever had a misconception (a mistaken thought, idea, or notion; a misunderstanding) about the opposite sex and then realized you were totally wrong about it????

Never even once. Girls are like an open book with only one page on it and you know what it says?

Flattery will get you everywhere, nice guys come in last, it's never too late to throw money at me, PMS is just an excuse, and don't actually let me know that you like me.

^^ this is all very true.. especially the "throw money at me" part.. hell i went out with some chick for 2 years before i realized that she only stayed with me because i spent so much money on her.. then she dumped me for some fat ass because he had a car

I agree... at least you know everything when you were 17.

I was too busy trying to figure out what courses to take at UBC when I was 17.

Misconceptions about women?? -> If you take care of the woman that is by your side, treat her with respect, be faithful and love her like no other that you can go live life together as one.

Then they break up with you on your birthday in front of all your friends. :finger:

I've always had more guy friends than girl friends so I got into this habit of thinking I 'knew how all of them act.
Amy Lee The lead singer of Evanescence came up in a discussion one time when i was on the phone with a friend, of course I nagged him on wanting a little y'know.
I was taken aback when he said
"no, i just think she has a beautiful voice"
such a simple thing just made me realize, I was passing most guys off as sex crazed losers.
Although a lot of guys are sex crazed, I was blown away by the misconception I had of the way the opposite sex thinks.
