Question About Quark Xpress

Really important, so if you know, please respond.

If I send out a document that I produced in Quark, how could I save it so that people who DON'T have Quark on their computer can open the file if I send it to them through e-mail?

I went to the "Save As" area, but there are only two options, and they are both .qxd. I'm thinking that I need to change it so that it is saved as a Word document, but I'm not sure how...? Or am I supposed to export it to Word, and if so, how?

Help me please!

i haven't done the work yet. just wondering how/if i can do it so i don't waste my time doing my work in quark when nobody that i send it to will be able to open it unless they have quark.

(filo at hipnotik) why don't u just print it to a pdf so then they can access it that way???
