WOw...
I've been offline for a few days because good old' Shaw has been having network issues again. Hopefully that’s the last of it. I came online to see what’s been happening and I see that Snyx has added a long awaited hack/add on called the Karma hack. I've been hearing about this hack for ages and now that it's finally here and installed it seems like it's being criticized before it's even been test driven. Let me remind you that this is a public place where its members ultimately decide what stays and what goes. Unfortunately it's far too early to vote out something that is so new. It's like seeing a new car about to be released and saying damn that's ugly I won't drive it. The truth behind it is it may very well be a wonderful car that drives smooth and handles like a dream. So this being said I think it's fair to give this new add on a chance before we start jumping to conclusions and voting it out.
My hand goes up in favor of this hack because of all the countless hours that have been invested into it. Some people forget that this is basically exclusive to F&K as we speak and it's also something new & exciting that needs some time to flourish. P.s. Sometimes we may not like certain things for whatever reasons. I still think it's important to give credit to those who spend time creating new ideas regardless of whether it's a scientific break-through or just a clever idea. This board is what you make of it. |

That's gotta be the ugliest piece of shit I ever seen in my life. Well anyways, back to the topic. Snyx, I think that karma thing's a good idea. Although some of what bob said is true, it will keep the conversation here interesting....... as long as people don't take advantage of it. Keep up the good work. -Dwight:Somatic: |

i think the karma thing is a great idea.
i promise you people systems like this do work, as long as everyone is responsible with it. of course, this being said, i will probably have the lowest karma by the end of the year with my usual postings and subject matter. way to go snyx. r. |

Do you support thievery?
Do you support stealing of other people's hard work?
Your administrator Snyx does. While he paid for one license of the Karma system, he has now distributed my copyrighted software to the Warez community where it is now in the hands of anyone who wants to download it. Whether you like the Karma system or not, I spent at least 20 hours programming this software. It's not right for someone who professes to believe in Unity and Respect to take my hard work and literally steal it for his friends. What do you think? |

he has not pirated anything. how do you know he distributed it to the 'warez community'? im my days of being a courier i never really came across many web board mods being traded. do you have proof of him distroing the software? where would give this software? i do not know of any groups that currently trade in vb mods, or vb at all. r. |

I'm talking about your license number being in every single one of the pirated versions that I've received. Wluke sent me the Zip file that was posted to vBulletin.com and PPN sent me the Zip file that was posted to a warez site.
BOTH of them had your license number imbedded in the package even though you deleted the copyright information at the top of the Readme. D'OH, you didn't realize it was MARKED! |
|

So everyone can see for themselves... The person below downloaded my copyrighted software and asked for support without purchasing it:
http://www.gamerxtreme.org/forum/karma.php Open that URL, view the source. Search for queryid. There you will find the hidden license number. http://www.form-kaos.com/forums/karma.php Open that URL, view the source. Search for queryid. Same license number! That means this version, licensed to Snyx, was the original one that was distributed freely to the warez sites. |

I "had" too much respect for you ....
I found your little number, oh no. Buddy, I had too much respect for you to even think about sending your work around. I hate paying for things I can't physically have, and when I do, im WAY to greedy to share/give them about. I never sent your file to anyone. You have some nerve coming here and accusing me before emailing me first. Now im going out for the night, thanks for putting the damper on my night.

I apologized to you in email and I will repeat it here in public. I'm sorry for bringing this trash to your site before asking you in email.
But the numbers don't lie............ somehow the zip file that I sent you is now in distribution among the warez sites. Someone else has your licensed version and is distributing it freely. |

So when you FUCK up and send the same number to WHO KNOWS how many people, then claim I was the only one to have it, then they don't lie, but they show YOU FUCKED UP! You come onto my site before even contacting me directly, and call me a crook. You drag my name around, and then what, I PROVE IT WASNT ME! So fuck you man, and your not welcome here anymore, so make sure your last post here, is your apology. snyx |

is this the guy u want me to shank snyx?
overgrow... get the fuck lost if u haven't already. go cry about warez to some fucking anti-piracy agency... get a fucking life. i'm surprised snyx even paid for the karma hack in the first place... nobody in the right mind buys ANYTHING these days... u got some nerve riding up in here and throwin' these accusations at snyx. u coulda just e-mailed him and worked it out like professionals. |

AND...
I think it should be MANDATORY to enter a COMMENT when you send karma!
Like, as to WHY you're giving them the negative karma. Sometimes it's obvious, like if I were to say something like: "so and so is fat and ugly!" that would be obvious but if I were to say something like: "well, I think that the Americans are stupid if they go to war" someone could give me negative karma because they think they should go to war, or for calling the Americans stupid, or whatever! blah, I'm rambling, but I'm sure you people get what I mean! |

Besides, that was more of a whiny "but...but...whhhy?" post rather than a complaint I thought you could fix. Shit. |
