I teach ballroom, latin,swing and salsa lessons..Been teaching now for 5 years in Toronto and just started in Vancouver..I have new classes for ballroom, latin ,swing and salsa starting up in January in various schools over Vancouver,North and West Van, New West, Surrey and Richmond..You can pm and I can send you info :)

breaks, jungle, dnb and the rest are all good, but if you're going to be teaching stuff like popping, breaking, or especially locking you need to go back to the roots (like james brown, sly &family stone, etc).

- charge would be $27 monthly fee. that should be enough to pay for rent there. 4 Open sessions
- 1 session a week
- 3 hour sessions
- 1 hour in the beginning for beginners who wanna learn. the rest will be practice / freestylin

and assuming that rent is $50.00 per hour X3 hours X4 sessions a month

if i can get it cheeper than i will but for now i'm ASSUMING $50.00hr
