I just managed to finish off an entire 12-cup pot of yummy delicious Starbucks Anniversary Blend coffee... I'm brewing my second as we speak.....

It's not often that I drink this much coffee but some days moreso than others... this helps make me feel better from my medication surprisingly.....

Yep - I'm a caffeine junky too. Just ran out, gotta score some from the dealer. The headaches and depression are starting to hit - I NEED A FIX! And so does [you].

That StarBucks stuff - mucho dinero - but maybe - I usually just get the SuperStore Pres Choice Gourmet Extra Fine, a kg for ~ $7.

I've gone cold turkey several times for a few months - but always return to the excitement of the java. Goes good with some music.

Anyone use caffeine pills regularly - is a prescription required? Same buzz as from coffee?

Rye bread with butter on it, and cheese, is good with coffee. And then put the phones on and spin the the funky tracks.

tvman, you can buy wakeups caffeine pills without a prescription at any pharmacy. some of them keep a little private registry of people who buy them because they're paranoid worry-warts. each pill is 100mg, a standard cup of drip coffee is 150mg and a can of coke is 45mg, so you can dose in relation to that as you see fit. because you're taking the caffeine in a concentrated, hard pill form rather than as a hot fluid it takes longer to be absorbed through your stomach lining, so it takes longer to pick you up. but it's basically the same feeling

forgot to mention that although you don't need a prescription, they're still sold over the counter. you won't find them on store shelves
