have to get a new phone...help?

so yeah... I hate the pone that I have.. and its too expensive...

whuts the best way to go about getting a new phone..

I was thinkin of getting the fido, $40 a month one.. I know of 2 people that have one.. and so far no problems... but my dads friend has one and apparently it sux0r... for reception and stuff..

hrmm... or I was thinkin.. of just getting a land line.. but I dont like pay phones.. when I'm out.

and I wont do pay as you ever again.. I very much dislike it..

I wish I could go back to my old phone.. that was cheap and stuff.. but well... its not mine anymore.. GAH!

i think rogers has some pretty good deals... but you'll have to sign a contract

i hear that fido city plan phone thing is pretty cheap

definately the fido plan, ive had it for awhile and i really like, it, u can get unlimited with voicemail, call alert, call display, for 45 $ a month and there is no 6.95 monthly service charge for this plan, (unlike rogers and telus). u can also get the siemens phone for 25 dollars, and its good ive had it for 5 months and ive had no problems, the one thing they charge u for is 50 dollars activation fee on youre first bill , but considering u dont ever have to pay the 6.95 service charge, its a good deal. Also u can get the phone at the fido kiosk in coquitlam centre

one more thing, if u plan on talkin some long distance, fido has partnered with sprint, and i m pretty sure they give u 5 cents a minute, anywhere in canada
