anyone here ever complained to them about ur plans and get sumthin wicked out of it or just get a better plan after all the whinin and complainin???
im guna b callin them soon enuff here to tell them im guna switch to fido if they dont do sumthin cool for me. just seein if anyone else has done it and wut u think i shuld say to them

you wouoldn't beleive the shit i went through...
after a month of complaining.. 4 visits to roger's outlets.. 2 promised call backs that didn't happen and a manager call.. i was able to get a brand new phone.. and 3 months unlimited anytime.. 3 months unlimited text, voice, caller-id... and a waiver for 2 months service

yah i went to the mall today to tell them wut i wantd to do and they were like, NO dont do that just call them and tell them wut u want and they will work sumthin out.
so im thinkin, maybe makin a scene, but then again, wut do i hav to make a scene about? lol. like obviously a new fone would b nice and a better plan, but i dont relaly want to pay extra for it all. my plan runs out in april and maybe if i bitch and compalain they will hook me up or sumthin??? i dno. or jus hav 2 fones, 1 fido and 1 rogers and see wich is better

i didn't pay anything.. they couriered me out a new phone in 2 days.. upgraded my model.. and cancelled my old plan and started a new one

oic. well i wunder wut they will do for me cuz my contract is almost up. im sure they will want to keep me as a customer so im sure they will try and work sumthin out for me. hopefully
