dreaming things into reality
does anyone else ever dream something then walk around all day thinking the dream situation actually happened
ive gotten into arguments with friends because i thought they had done something that they hadnt its very very odd

this is a good thread. I havn't had any really intese ones where i belive it for weeks but, I had a dream that my mean cat (maxi) got catnapped by strangers...a bunch of stuff happened i can't remember...and then my mom came into my room to wake me up. "Is Maxi Here???!!!" "Yes Ashley, Maxie's fine" shit, it freaked me out. I thought Maxi was gone...then she bit me that day, fucking bitch.

my ex used to wake up in the morning and be all pissed of at me cause I cheated on her in her dream. I was like what is your prob and she would tell me I had cheated on her :soak:

ya its fuckin weird when that happens...
then theres the ones like for example you get something really cool for christmas, like a video game, then u wake up and go play with whatever it was and then you remember you never got it :( or there's the ones when you dream something and you wake up and wish it was real... :( i had one of those last night...

ill like day dream and get mad at someone in it and be so angry with them, then all of a sudden i forgot it was a day dream and think it actually happened, wont talk to them, and a few times ive asked them wtf they were thinking when the did whatever they did in my day dream, hmmm maybee i need a doktr haha.

last night I had another one. I dreamed that my arm got cut off at the shoulder, and from there, my hand got cut off (violent i know), anyway, i woke up to my sister talking to me. I started telling her about the dream, and how horrible it was, then i grab my shoulder, and i have a blanket wrapped around it like a band-aid. it was totally tripped out, when did that blanket band-aid get there? when i was sleeping?? totally weird..

There's an Ursula K. LeGuinn short story about something like that... I saw a made-for-TV adaptation of it with James Caan and the chick from Cosby Show and Different World. Basically about this guy who keeps dreaming stuff and then they happen in real life. And he's dreamed away past loves and stuff like that so much to the point that he barely remembers what the world was like before it started happening.
Was a pretty cool little concept piece. I enjoyed muchly.

I dream of wonderful boys - then I awake and wonderful boy is not there...but then when I see him I feel like we have this bond
and he thinks I'm crazy :) or you dream you have sex with someone you know - and then you see them and you can't help but think of the dream sex Oh dreams....

well this is what happens to me i dream somethign and think nothign of it but later on it actually happens (say 3 months down the road ) and then i realize wtf i dreamed of that! like ive dreamt of friends b4 i met them and shit its really wierd
