yea the news of doctor octopus was out months ago but none the less its nuts. Whats with all these super hero movies i.e. spiderman 2, x-men 3, batman 5, punisher which from watching the trailer looks so retarded

Ever check out the movie they made (never released) in 1994-ish? Found it online, kinda cheezy, I can see why it got the axe...tho I could see it having gone straight to video...

Hellboy looks insane!! There are so many good comic book movies now... or in the works at least

Anyone ever see that really bad Captain America movie they did?? :) The only good thing about the Punisher movie is the fact that it had John Travolta as the bad guy and he kicks ass at bad guys!

I'm a hardcore comic book geek so I try to keep up on all the comic based movies in the works..... trust me you haven't seen anything yet people.

^There are negotiations going on right now to bring the Watchmen to the silver screen... apparently they've already started on some screen tests for casting and such. If the deal goes through expect a release of 2006 most likely!!

I think they've been down this road before...as is often the case with movies in general, and comic book adaptions in particular...sometimes things derail or hit "development hell"...so I like to see a bit more progress before it seems like itll get done...Nic Cage as Superan comes to mind...
