meh here's my photoshop of ashes.
Let me tell you what I did to it.
first converted it into black and white
then used the hue/saturate selection and tinted it to a blueish type color.
One when that was done just really focus'd on the eye's since its what really grabs the pose.
Used the "curves" feature in photoshop for the whole eyeball and adjusted it slightly to somewhat darken it as a whole.
Then the white portion of the eye (cornea) used the curves option again to darken it just a little bit. Then used the brightness/contract option for the pupils.

Very easy stuff to do but it makes it look good.
