well seeing as my name is Venita and people have a hard time pronouncing/understanding that...they get pretty creative...
Vienetta (like the ice cream).... Velveeta....(like the cheese) Viagra..(cause theyre just plain stupid...) Veni..is pretty common.....Veneet's....V...Ven... My fav is my grandparents name for me.....Beni...(cause spanish ppl have a hard time pronouncing "V"...so my granparents are like....beeeeennni.....hehehe.) Then i have my last name - Chow... Chow-chow....chowster, chicken-chow-mein(from high skool), chowy.....ect ect...i think everyone i know calls me something diff..its pretty funny... the best it hirshees nickname for me...Topenga...where the hell he got that from who knows....funny shit though cause people thought that was my actual name (*cough*mikey*cough*) Werd.

In high school it was usually my last name, simply because out of a graduating class just shy of 100, and about the same number of girls and guys, there were six Dan/Danny/Daniels...so all of them went by last name.
As HS ended and CEGEP (don't ask ask) began and begat uni., I got into the dark/goth thing...thus picking up the nic of Reaper, which stayed with me until I moved to BC. Didn't really have any nicnames for a number of years until about a year ago...jthe nic has taken a few forms but would up settling at jiblet...don't ask if U don't don't know...
