I've had bad luck with flowers.

One year I bought my girlfriend a yellow rose and she thought I was trying to break up with her, cause a yellow rose is suppose to mean friendship!?!?! That's what happens when you try to be different.

Another time I bought a girl flowers and she got mad at me cause she hates "flowers that have to to be killed" to be given to her!!! I don't know very many girls who don't like flowers.

Maybe I'll check out those blue roses this time, they sound nice! :p

You could... but there's never a limit to how many random roses/anything else you take your girl. No reason [no specific celebration or anything]. Yeah, it's very lame if on your one year anniversary you'd take her a small box of Purdy's or for her birthday you stop at X number of roses. Some guys never learn...

^^^ yup well they tried. depends if you can see on the person's face that they really wanted something nice for you, or jsut got'em to get rid of the 'obligation'. I'd hope, at least, it should count for some people :)

they're so fucking dumb...they only last a week and then they fucking die. there's no point.

people normaly give me plants anyways, i've got a bunch of cool cactuses on my window sill...i had this one soft cactus, it was my favorite but it died

i've also got these bamboo stalks in my room, they're really nice and look all modern artsy fartsy

my favorite flower tho, is orchids...straight up

Bahahaha!!! You were in bad luck!! You should've given me flowers! I would have loved them!! And yellow roses too! Red roses are nice, but they get boring....

i love carnations, pink and white ones or the white ones with the pink edges. they always last a little longer too. :)
