i think it is all sugar - but i'm not 100% certain. although you do need some sugar in your diet, so i imagine some is ok, but not the amounts that most of us eat.

and yes bleached foods, like white bread and white rice and white potoatoes are really bad for you!! [eating a whole spoon of sugar is "better" for you then eating one whole white potatoe]

Funny,,, most foods you eat turn in to sugar in the stomach/mouth. For example you eat corn flakes,,, it turns in to sugar IN YOUR MOUTH!!!, potato almost has the same glycemic rating a raw sugar. Should I even go on with this… sugar is not bad for you,,, but the rate your blood sugar raise is is.

BTW mugsy,,, brown suger is just white suger with some of the sludge form the process put back in.

as far as I know that is only bleached sugar
raw sugar in moderation will have very little of those affects
same goes with white rice and bleaced salt

the body process a cup of white rice as it would a quarter cup of sugar

and that has bad news bears written all over it

^ bleached sugar? bleached salt? Sorry, there's no such thing. Pure Salt is just white on it own, the only other way you can get it is sea or kosher, they tend to be a bit off white and that only because other minerals in it.

Now there is raw sugar it's light brown, and the funny thing is it's not less processed then white sugar. It's just processed different. All brown, amber, or other sugars are just white sugar with the slurry dump back in. Sugar whether brown, raw, liquid, white, any simple starch(basically sugar to the body but does not tasted sweet to the mouth), has the same effects on the body.

Yes that's right, or the same volume of white bread, pasta made out of white flour, or any simple carbs are all the same. Shit you think corn flakes are better for you then Sugar coated cereal,,, thing again it's all the same once it hits you stomach.

that is obviously a basic stereotype of sugar
we must take in account natural sugars..for example in fruits and 100% fruit juices etc.
