A nipple shield may not necessarily be "dress up" for some people. I leave my nipple piercing as a simple bar but lots of people don't and as far as my understanding goes nipple shields are quite comfortable and worn like regualr jewellery. In other words they're worn all the time.

Janet is a big fan of piercing and has been known to get here troup pierced when they're on tour... they even visited First on Granville when they were out here.

I don't really care either way if it was faked or not... who gives a fuck it's JUST a boob I mean really people need to get over it. All I'm saying is there's a fairly good possibility that it wasn't faked if all you're basing your opinion on is the fact that her nipple was "dressed up" with a different form of jewellery.
