welding

i finally got to weld today at school... fuck its great. and its such a beautiful process the colors of the flames are gorgeous, andyou get to fucking melt metal. and it smelt bad and i didnt care and you feel fucking pwerful and theres something serene about the process.... WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
and then after welding i bent metal with my hands (which produced alot of blisters and cuts) and it felt great. i love hands on work, fuck creating things are great. especailly when they are as big as you.
maybe ill take up some welding when im done art school.
METAL ROCKS!

what kind of welding did you do? i'm guessing oxy/acetalene?

regardless, welding is awesome! tig is by far the most rad form of welding but its pretty hard to be good at it.

metal is the best.

oxy/acetalene is for cutting, i.e. a torch - not really meant for welding
