i do where a poofy jacket yes, i had about 2 ounces and 4 40's in it to start out, i wasnt drunk or high, was never read my rights as of when i was arrested nor was i given a breathalizer.
so this is totally void i see it as and am goin to dispute my ticket today.

heheh my man it wasnt the jay walking that allowed them tosearch you..did you realize that they didnt search you until you pulled out the bear spray. legally they cant search you without probable cause, in fact i bet if you said you had nothing incriminating on you and werent sketchy about it they would have let you go. But the second you pulled out the bear spray, which is a weapon, you gave them reason to search you.
you fucked up, not them, you shouldve never gave them a reason to talk to you, and when they talked to you you shouldve never giving up your rights so easily. you shouldve just siad "no i have nothing incriminating on me, and unless you are going to arrest me im not going to let you search me." you volenteered all of the incriminating shit on you..THEY DIDNT HAVE TO SEARCH YOU, because you gave it all up, you only have yourself to blame because you fell for their tricks. THEY themselves went INTO my jacket pulling out my liqour. i told them they had NO grounds to search me and after they took my liqour said if i didnt give everythign up, i'd be fucked, cause i was getting searched ANYWAYS.
eitehrways. its gay.i got fucked.

ummm why did you let them take the sealed 40? i would've told them to go to hell... they cant take an unopened bottle of liquor from you... unless your underage of course, which i would assume your not considering you were at a club....

Man you obviously gave em a reason and you also hit em when one of them was angry I have had a couple of runins with the Vancouver popo 1 time they were really cool. I was downtown for Cannibis day. Me and some buddies were walking buy a couple of cops and I was drunk I saw a big blunt and I yelled out across the street "nice blunt man lets match later" then i turned around and noticed the 2 police like 3 feet ahead of me they just smiled at me and muttered somthin about me shuttin up really fast and it was all good.. Another time was at the fire work I was tanked they put one of those big boat lights in my eyes so I turned around and presented my derrirer to them. They then proceeded to get on the megaphone and tell me to vacate the beach and go home the bastards. My third time I was goin to the detroit game at the garage me and my buddy each had a mick of spiced rum as we were going in the security guys searched us and found both micks. That was fine all we lost was some booze the security was cool about it then 2 cops come up look at us ask for ID fine very well I wasnt 19 at the time. They look at my ID and one guy pipes up "not 19 ehhh I should give you a minor in possesion of substance fine" so i think to myselfe ahhh great 150 bones here we go the guy was being a real dick luckily his officer buddy looks at me sees my solom expression and says " ahh they lost thiere booze forget it name here" and they walk away to leave us to our empty once filled with booze pockets :( those are my tales. Obviously you gave the cops a reason they way you looked or whatever I know that is why we go searched at the game. Next time if u have a half O on you and bear spray obey the fucking law..

What kinda person would jaywalk IN FRONT of a cop knowing FULL WELL you're carrying A) Alcohol b)Illegal drugs and c)A weapon. Hmmmmm? Maybe smoking 7 blunts a day isn't to good for you!

^^ Walking away while a cop is dinging you for something is a surefire way to get searched.
Seriously. It's called "Social Engineering". Making yourself invisible. If you can't do it, you shouldn't be walking around with so much illegal shit on your person.

K I jaywalked in front of a cop car... twice. I know it's illegal. Guess what? If I were spoken to about it - by a cop - I would have addressed him very politely, apologize, etc. If you keep low, even an angry cop might find it hard to pinpoint something on you. You gave'em everything, and maybe you were hasty to do so. They probably figured you weren't dangerous so that's you you managed to walk away. Maybe after-hours the cops enjoyed your booze.
Sometimes they take it too far, but a sweet tongue can work most cops - well if you don't shoot somebody and stuff. Anyway, learn your rights and enforce them
