Douglas college peeps

Are there any of you guys lurking around the New west campus.. cuz today i walked by the pay phones and saw a Godspeed flyer on the wall... and last week i was on my way to audio engineering, and saw Round 2 fight tickets taped onto some of the lockers... So where are all u hiding? when are u there?

there's one third level in the main ugly cement room by the vending machines

some courses are way harder then otheres. like a ut transfer one compared to a non. haha

douglas has a policy. as long as your 19 they will let u in. u dont have to be graded. it does limit u on some courses and stuff. but u can do upgrade ones which i believe are free!

i've never felt the greatest about getting into douglas... there are no standards asides from the age limit. what campus guys go to? i go to david lam

Aww my good ole dougie days. Attended all 3 campuses(there used to be a maple ditch one as well) spanning across 4 years or so).

man i drove all the way from white rock to new west to find out classes weren't on because of the study break, so basically i drove 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee, a bag of chips and have 2 smokes.

revolver.. im taking 1 and 2 right now on tuesdays, Greg is awesome, explains things really well and repeats the necessary stuff to make sure u got it down.. i'm planning on possibly going to CDIS next semester or this fall for the recording arts program. What about you?

I flyered at Douggie once, but the Coquitlam one. I think I'm gonna start going there soon for Business. But I wanna go to the New West campus...know more ppl there.

attended both the new west campus and the david lam campus in coquitlam.. been off of school for a year now, and i'm dreading going back this upcoming september.. both places are soooo glum chum

decypher: I did them all....i finished audio 6 last year. i planned on going to cdis as well but decided against it.

insted i used the money to set up a studio in my house and do work that way.

what u got in ur setup? im looking into piecing together my setup, so far i just got dj equipment. Im looking into getting a sub and a couple studio monitors to start off, then work my way up the ladder heh..

I started out going to david lam, but since it is joined to my old higschool, i didnt realy fell like i was in college. I go to New west now.
