I Quit!!!!
Finally come saturday i will be putting in my two weeks notice and i will be quitting that hit hole called white spot.....so i can move on to better things.

Nice!! :) What kind of job do you think you'll be looking for next?
I really want to quit my job right now. I've worked there for the past three springs/summers so I'm kinda sick of it. The staff and my boss are all really nice, but they're starting to get to me, in a quite annoying way. I need something new, a new environment, new people to be around...I should wait until things settle down with school and all before I make any major changes. I'm thinking about Starbucks or something along those lines. I guess we'll see... Erica :AZN:

see erica its different for me the fucking place is screwing me around like crazy im only getting 2 shifts a week and sinority seems to have no effect at all even though we are union 2 of my 3 managers are ass holes, backstabbers and all around fucks.........i do them a fave and their always like "I owe u one" and when i need to ask for a fave its always no i cant wait awhile there's just no respect there......so screw them

hah hah....congrats on getting out of the restaurant business.... it harsh sucks ass......I hate restaurants, and annoying ppl that go to restaurant. And I bet white spot had alot of bitchy ppl cuz the service there sucks... :x
Seniority and unions suck. Esp unions suck, you pay them money to do jack shit..... Oh well...... hope u find a new job.....

buddy system
I always found that restaurants ran by the buddy system..
be your boss's buddy or you get fucked over. So I went into the investment industry then technology instead. Mooch betta. They actually care what you DO there! stay away from restaurants if you can help it. It takes a certain kinda people to lick boots like that for any length of time, faking it or not.

Solution: Talk to a server "I need a fork please" HELLO THIS IS A JAPANESE RESTAURANT, U DON'T KNOW HOW TO EAT SUSHI WITH CHOPSTICKS U DUMB FUCK!!! EAT IT WITH UR HANDS THEN!!! "Can I have some tea/ice water?" Solution: No. or make a server do it.... haha...
