you're just making more work for yourself by moving everything. either don't do anything at all, and let the users chastise those who post in the wrong areas, or instantly close any post that's obviously placed in the wrong forum.

as it stands right now, the first option really isn't likely considering that no one really cares where things are placed. why is this so? because someone else will care for them.
