Honesty is the best apparently...
Okay so im in port moody... and everyone knows how port moody cops are (assholes).... Anyways... i'm no stranger to being pulled over and what i did tonight and am going to share with you WILL help....
Current situation: last week had a letter of intent to prohibit because of a bunch of little tickets that i just never payed.... also lost my wallet with my licence and also lost my registration papers..... also recently got a ticket for not having a licence on me So im driving through port moody... doing about 65km and i get pulled over for speeding..... yes you might think 65 is nothing but in port moody cop world it's as he put it "driving like a fucking maniac" so anyways.... tis is how it goes Cop: Where are you going? me: Home Cop: Are you working? (I'm assuming he was asking me if im a runner but i didnt say anything) me: no , i'm attending douglas Cop: Licence Me: uhhh don't have it Cop: Registration? Me: uhh don't have it Cop: get out of the vehicle please Cop: Name address etc etc me: info Cop: you have quite the driving record me: yah i know Cop: and you were speeding, and the only reason u slowed down was because you saw me me: I know Cop: excuse me? me: the only reason i slowed down was because i saw you Cop: oh really? me: Yeah actually i thought i wouldnt see any cops in this part of port moody and i was most likely going to speed up a little more too once i hit lougheed highway Cop: Why are you telling me this? Me: because me and you both know thats what would happen and if i said anything else i would be bullshitting Cop: Give me one good reason i should give u a break after you just told me all that Me: you shouldn't, and on top of that you guys didn't notice i also don't have my N up.... Cop: Alright, drive safe have a nice day It may sound like bullshit, but thats actually the way it went down.... I guess cops get bullshit so much that they appreciate being told straight up sometimes.... haha either way...... From my last couple encounters.... i've noticed just telling them so straight up that they are kinda shocked as to how honest you are gets you out of it.... I normally would never suggest being honest to a cop, but for traffic tickets it works wonders. Try it out... p.s. before any idiot hurries and says something about "well we don't streetrace and get pulled over like you do" .... Please dont give me that bullshit.... everyone drives over speedlimit....

i've actually never had the misfortune of being pulled over yet, most of my friends have though and from experience, always tell the truth when it comes to past tickets/violations cuz if you lie and they check and find that you got them, you'll get another ticket

I've only had two tickets... and I fully deserved them. lol One in Seattle and one in Mission. :soak:

tip.... dispute all tickets you get from Port Moody... apparently they rarely show up cause they have a small private force and they cant afford to lose an officer for the day to fight for his tickets...
i got away with one like that
