when i was stranded in vancouver and had nowhere to go till busses started running i tried with this girl to get into this place, some lame noname dj was in there and they were charging 30 bucks all i had was 20 buck, when i offerd that it wasnt even taken into consideration the rude asian door man was quickly to be a dick about it. the promotor "or so he called himself" the goof with curly hair was quick to be a dick too. not so nice for a couple of cocksuckers... i will not ever be supporting this... and i highly DONT recommend this event to anyone considering it...

Ahhh, after hours clubs!!

So many sketchy flashback nights with my old roomate who thought these things were just the shit.

...Reminds me of one memorable night after hoping from one broken-up ghetto after hours to another. Finally around 4am, when we had enough and realized our ride had ditched and the skytrain was hours from starting...and the cold and rain. We decided to take shelter at this little place they call the Pan-Pacific. Its amazing how easy it is to sneak into this place at 4am, take the elevator up to the top floor and sleep on a bunch of hotel bath robes in a broom closet without any one knowing, and then walk out just in time to catch the first skytrain.

Not something I'd ever want to make a routine, but I can now say that I've spent a night at the Pan-Pacific for free!

But yeah, in general I say boo to most after hours.......damn expencive for what you get. I guess if you're already sloshed or thwacked and just need a place to ride out the rest of your drunkeness, or trip they're ok, but eehh not my thing.

The world, if you don't like crazy bi tribal atmosphere then don't fuckin go, not all afterhours suck, some are really good, another one is gorgomish, its right across skybar, its a straight one, that one is even better, if you haven't gone then don't say anything

ive been to the world - its not THAT bad - and its only 20 bucks not 30...anyways...they gay/bi crowd is awesome they are so nice...just dont worry about being picked up cause you know your own sexuality, just go and have fun...great music, fucking awesome djs!

ive been to a few after hours before and DAMN the ppl were all so pretty. it made me feel like i was an honor to be there. i think they seem fun.. lotsa drugs involved, but if u look beyond that and just everyones pretty faces..yups lots of fun.
