my grandfather was in india a couple years back and 70 000 soldiers were able to keep 1 000 000 people in check. THAT would've been cool.

edit- sir arthur wellesly (aka duke of wellington) beat an army of 120 000 with 2000. cortez kicked some aztec ass too. it's amazing how trained troops can whoop some serious ass.

If you take the number of leaders there have been in haiti, since it's days as a colonial colony , and average it out with how many times the government has been overthrown............It works out to about six years on average. They are overdue.
