Full Surrey Life
Picked up a news paper today and there was this chick who's the gf of this guy who just did a hit and run or soemthing. Aparently she says you cant judge him unto you have lived a full surrey life. We all know the stereotypes of Surrey but i find what she said to be quite stupid. You guys can check it out at this link. Anybody else read it in the paper today?

That is in no way an excuse or a reason for pardon. Whether his parents are crackheads, prostitutes, beat him etc etc. Yah that can fuck a kid up but it doesn't MAKE him go out and steal a truck, and seriously injure a family. And surrey really has almost nothing to do with it. She could have worded that better, and used the type of life he lives and not where he lives it. I live in surrey and haven't done shit like that, granted I live in a nice home with a great family because not everyone in surrey fits the stereotype. If she realized it was such a problem. then why didn't they get out or do something? Or realize that the way they've been raised and the life they've been living doesn't have to influence what they end up doing if they know that it's wrong etc. I know people that have had superbly fucked up lives, and they were smart enough to realize at some point that it was wrong and they are wonderful people who turned their lives around. All I have to say to her is booo fucking hoo, her b/f better get what he deserves. Thats like blaming The movies for you murdering someone, or your parents mollesting you as a child as to why you rape and kill little girls. It may have been an influence but YOU still commited the crime, and YOU have to pay for it.

What a crock of shit! I live in Surrey... granted I'm originally an Islander. VanIsle for Life! But I've been here 10 years... She does look like a crack monkey... Surrey life. Bah. Maybe if they've lived on the corner of 108 and KGH since they were abandoned by their bastard parents. But somehow I HIGHLY doubt that is their situation.

I live in vancouver and i although i dont work at the moment im going to have to work full time eventually and pay my taxes. people that dont live in SUrrey arnt exactly all kings and queens and dont have to work and pay taxes. This chick has done way too much crack she doesnt know what shes talking about.

I've read about it and seen it on the news quite a bit. I think that comment is the most stupidest thing I have ever heard!
I've been living in Surrey for almost 3 years now and I think it's great. I have only had one bad thing happen to me while being here and that was being mugged and help up for about 3 hours... "lived a full surrey life" :enrage:

man this is so fucked.. i used to kno that sara chick.. i went to william beagle with her.. and they made me locker partners with her.. and then she stole all my stuff ... and got her mom after me and then she had the nerve to tell me ima theif and i should be dead and she chased me with a rollin pin !! and then this happens?? man... karma's comin back.. still a sad story tho

great as if Surrey doesn't get ragged on enough.
I've lived here my whole life...yes over 24 years of it and have never once had anything bad happen. It's just like any other city out there...you got your good parts and your bad however the bad always seem to make the news.
