call them and tell them they're mistake. unless you use automatic credit card payments, you have a pretty good chance of getting the proper rate of what it should be.

if they make a mistake, let them know. they'll usually change it. then there really isn't anything to bitch about.

Hit up the Rogers CellXTraz in the maple ridge strip mall where Save On and the Knight and day resturant is. My mother works there, Wednesday and thursdays, 10 to 8pm. Tell her your F&K and she can hook you up with a sweet deal, she has promos, and can pull some strings.

I would think they are better then most other companies. I used to go though rogers for my old pager and it was a nightmare. I went with telus this time... hopefully I wont get screwed over like the rest of you did. Then again I am talking about a pager... thats like $18 a month or less.

unlimited evenings and weekends.

i pay that extra 5 bucks a month for the extra 2 hours of evening talk time. can't beat all that for around 60 bucks incl taxes and everything.

its simple, just don't go over the daytime minutes and your bills will be smaller.

my bills used to be 300 bucks a month because of work, now they are 60. its great.

but yes, telus does suck for some things. worst customer service ever from a company. hands down.
