Old skool friends...

I was chillin with my friend Kirsten yesterday... just hanging out and chatting like usual when it hit me. We've been best friends for 20 years.

Twenty fucking years man... that's a hell of a long time (makes me feel kinda old actually). We really drifted apart there for a while a few years back and we don't see each other as much anymore but I'm still super happy to have her in my life. She's stuck by me through a lot of crap.

I think it's great to have known someone for that long... to have grown up with them and to know they'll always be there. :kimmie:

Anyone else have someone like that in their lives or am I just strange?

I've got a few like that. ranging from about 15 years, to 7 years....theyre great to have around i tell ya.

yeah friends are awesome i have known my best friend for 20 years and i am only 21 and that is crazy we have never realy been seperated like we are always together and in touch

Best I got is a friend out here who I've known since Kindy-garten. One girl I've known since I was one (incedentally, she was my first kiss. There's a really cute picture of it somewhere around here) is getting married some point this year. Ran into her a couple months ago. That's just wacky.

My friend Aurelia and I grew up together.. I've known her for about .. well since we were 4.. but we've drifted apart.. I havent seen her in ages :\

but nicole and I have been friends since grade 8... and I've never had a tighter relationship with a friend ever.. you would think we would have known each other since we were born!!!

One of my closest girlie friends I've known since I was 9, but we've only actually been friends since I was 14. My other 2 best friends (Mr Soma-panties being one of them. :) ) I've known since I was 15, and I couldn't be tighter with them if I HAD known them my whole life.

Aurelia lives in Montreal now, J'nette ! She'll probably come back to visit in the summer

^yeh, I miss her! I saw Meghan and kelee[sp?] on new years.. Aurelia and I use to hang out with them when we were we lil'brats! hadn't seen them in years.. and told me Aurelia came back for january.. but I never saw her!

Those girls are so much fun! But I didn't know Meghan liked to rave... I knew keeley did cause I used to see her at spanish all the time..
