....number one thing to me is someone with a good sense of humour...someone whos laid back & not uptight...someone who's not judgemental and is open minded...I also value honesty in someone

number one on my list is a silly sense of humour. If he/she can laugh hysterically at dumb things. thats great!!

down to earth, not sittin on a high horse, with a flute up their butts, thinkin theyre all that. I detest conceited people. Theres ALWAYS someone else who can do it better, or look better. dont think you're all that. ;) Most people arent conceited though.
