Confused? forum changes (ReadMe)

Here is the new setup of subforum setup to reduce fourmhome clutter. Why you ask? Well with the additon of a sports section, the splitting of the sex'n drugs, then expanding our the music/event sections. It would look like bloody shite out there. Everything will be fine. I promise never to make such a large juggle again. ;)

Hope it proves easier in the long run. Please post any thoughts or suggestions. I did this early so when some big changes come next week, atleast you wont' be lost. :hehe: Just one step closer to the new FNK v6.0!

not really digging the subforums. they're all pretty much on the same level, topic wise.

plus, with the subforums on the parentforum's page, a lot of screen space is taken up by shit that people would likely just go to the top level to see.

Where I'm from, if I fix a spelling error in a forum name, I get three threads lambasting my tyrannical rule, one thread about "hey where did such and such forum go!??!?" and another thread asking why the hell the people who made the first three threads are banned off the site.

Other than that, I kinda like the new layout, because I wasn't hell-bent on using the old one like some old-timers.

Why not make the font size smaller I mean we aren't senior citizens we CAN read smaller type!!

The "Hop To:" drop down box is fucking ridiculous now too.

Personally I hate it... I think you need to get rid of the "sub forums" (not to mention some of the fucking forums themselves... I mean who the hell uses "Personal Promo" and for that matter why isn't in the Promotions section and what's with keeping all the ooooooold forums like the Ibiza, Amsterdam, ED fucking shit?) and just stick them all in one forum instead of splitting them all up and wasting space like Dale said.

Actually, one thing I like about the new setup are the sub-folder links that are directly on the main page. Amazing how saving that one little mouse click can make a difference (...or is that - amazing how lazy one person can be that one little mouse click makes such a difference?)...
