That's Israel... their policy is: What you do to us we'll retaliate in tenfold... this explains why when the Palestinians throw rocks at Soldiers you see Tanks appear etc. Thank god my buddy is coming back from Israel today. heh heh bringing me an Israeli Army Shirt as well. :D
