ohh man i wish i could get the top of the line version of this computer when they get it in.. 2 top of the line video cards for multiple monitors.. lcd screen on the outside, 2 terabyte harddrive raid.. this would kick ass for the center piece of a home studio... they got some other pretty insane computers/laptops on that site

I want a 17" Powerbook with maxed out ram. 2 160 external Lacey Harddrives. A digi002 with an Oxygen Midi Controller Keyboard running Panther and Pro Tools v6.0, Logic Platnium, Reason 2.5.

^^ yeh that be nice, i'd like the new G5 dual 2.5 ghz thats coming out and a motu 828mkII, a nice pair of genelec monitors, wonder if they are gonna make logic 6+ 64-bit for osX... damn equipment so expensive and i they just coming out with 400gb harddrives... drool

fuck macs?

thats what i used to say before i swicthed over and got a mac 2 weeks ago.

its so smooth and clean and works FLAWLESSLY with my 002. no worries about hardware conflicts no updating my registry, no crashes, no tweaking, more plugins per channle, more,longer tracks with more edits. more programs working at the same time smoother RTAS

im tired of scouring the net to download the right drivers for the right chipset, wich will solve a particular hardware conflict caused by the software wich was updated for my soundcard....in my pc daw

i dont want that shit
i want to get my mixes done...without time wasting

with a mac i can just go.
plug that fucker in...install a new sound card do what ever, no problems.

converting session formats from the studio's mac to my home pc?
