One of those days
I am sure everyone has had atleast one of those days where everything seems to be going wrong. It gets to the point where you just cant be upset anymore and it's really almost comical. Today I had one of these wonderful days.
To recap I wake up, nothing unusual there except that its going to be my first day back to work after being sick for the past few days. So even though I am still sick I decide to head off to work. I get up go to have a nice hot shower except for some reason there is no hot water. This is a big deal for me cause having a shower to me is the equivalent of having coffee in the morning for others.
So after getting rather annoyed with this, I decided to just get dressed and go and see if the pilot is out on the hot water tank. I get downstairs ready to relight it and notice that it is sitting a pool of rather murky water. I then also hear water running in the bathroom. I go look only to discover that the sewage line is backed up and now filling the tub and leaking all over the floor.
So a plumber comes out and tries to clear the line but in the process asks for my hand with lifting his stupid rooter. I then hurt my back lifting the stupid thing and the guy cant clear the line. End up having to pay the guy cause he came out and tried.
After everything is sort of under control I head off to work an hour and half late, where more crap ensues, but this post is way to long as it is so I am going to stop here. All in all a crappy day (no pun intended)
