Computer help please

ok most of u know what supernova is? well it doesnt really matter but i downloaded a movie off of there. It's a VCD and it gave me 2 files. 1 for disc 1 and 1 for disc 2. These files are MDF files. alot of the movies i download are pretty easy to make them work but i dont know what to do with these. can anybody help please? thx

MDF files are images (like ISOs) for a program called Alcohol 120% (DVD/CD burning/emulation software), which you will prolly need to mount this type of image.

use power dvd
and http://www.daemon-tools.cc/portal/portal.php
daemon tools emulates a drive so u can open iso's n shit
