Closest one I can think of is probably Pasta Polo in Coquitlam a bit farther down from Coq. Centre.

these are def. not suburban (sorry), but Quattro on w.4th and Cipriano's on Main&23ish are superb.

i don't know much about meadows/ridge

but i have been to pasta polo, i liked it. pretty good stuff.
