Airbrush tanning??

Airbrush tanning is apparently the new thing to do... cus it doesnt harm ur skin like tanning beds and the sun. But it only last 4-7 days~!

Has Anyone Gotten It Done Yet? Where at and how much? Island Tan in Langley is doing it free right now as a trial thing.... :)

ya its called sun mist or something... (mystic tan is where u go in a booth and get a tan... sun mist is where a person sprays it on for you..)
im going to get one later this week.. so im not all pastey white for twisted.. if you go.. make sure you hardcore exfoliate beofre... itll make the tan more even and it last a little longer! :)

they don't just spray colour on you. it's like self-tanners you buy from the drugstore, they go on and darken on their own.

so you'd rather have skin cancer and nasty wrinkly skin instead of something safe? sure, why not.

I've always turned orange with the bronzers from the drugstore..

well thinking about safety is one thing.. but i smoke, i indulge in recreational drugs, hell i cross the street with crazy people in their cars, thats not safe either. you never know.

I dont think that stuff is too healty in the long run. but sure looks good if done right :D

ive been getting info on this "new" thing lately.. my supervisor did mystic tanning first, but she just recently switched to the sun mist body spray thing. and holy moly she got a hell of a lot darker. looked at her.. it looked a lil too blotchy for my liking. i think my tanning membership is gonna die out in a month, so i mite give either the mystic or the mist a try. i HATE being pastey white asian.... a tad bit of color is always nicer. from what ive been told the sun mist stuff is not color.. they spray it on and it reacts with your own skin and darkens... cuz hell i know i wont look in orange.

that's pretty much what all self-tanners do... react with your skin to darken it.

yah i know..but im sure the tanning salons "self tanners" are better quality and since there is a labour fee in it, you know they're gonna do a good job. i know i feel safer paying someone experienced to spray me up than me trying to reach behind my back and crap.

when u get the spray on tan make sureu give it like a day b4 u do anything right after u get it you look orange well depending how dark you want it just be careful it can get really expensive too

I prefer tanning but why not the price is right. You stand there nekkid while someone sprays you. It doesn't last very long.

I wish I could try that method of tanning, cause I dont want to risk tanning beds, damn being so fair! But I'm sure that if I tried that stuff I would turn a brighter shade of orange, hehehe, Yay for good ol' fashioned summer sun, I'm so stoked for that summer glow *grin*

i know quite a few ppl who have done this Mystic/Airbrush tan thing and they all turn out VERY yellow and un-natural looking. and it fades in like 2 days so its a total waste of money i think.

I've been going tanning because in the summer I just burn and then it turns into a tan, I don't want to go through the pain of the burn so I'm slowing building this nice base tan =) I'm liking it because I'm so pale.

Maybe I should try something like this... I cannot tan normally (I burn, but then I go back to being white.... no tan inbetween)
And I once spent $100 in a tanning saloon to stay the exact same shade of "white-boy"

oh yeah, i pick up colour very well, it's just that with being in the sun for an hour, it's a burn.. this way it's just slowly building =)

mystic tanning is great if you want instand tan but it can get quite pricey... when i got mine done last summer i forgot to wipe some spots and there was this big blotch!!! but it only lasted about 5 days....

airbrush tanning is different i was watching extreme makeover and airbrush tanning has an effect to give you a tonner stomach , legs etc... I dont really kno where you can get that done though...

I think for now just using the beds will be fine =)
