What do you think is a good hourly wage or salary?

Realistically, what do you people think is a good hourly wage or annual salary that would make you happy.

Before you reply, remember that this question is based on YOUR skillset not other people. No dreaming is allowed!

Hell, I'd like to make $250/hour consistantly myself, but those jobs are hard to find and don't last more than a couple of weeks.

my skillset right now?

because of the recent downturn in the tech industry, anywhere between $35-40k a year. i'd even go lower for a really nice work enviroment.

realisticly i wouldnt mind about 30 - 35 dollies an hour

but what i really wouldnt mind is about 10 000000 right now so i can retire at the age of 20 that would be sweet

$49.00 / hr

Normally I'm working on some average of my rates:

$150.00 / hr for making group presentation training
$100.00 / hr for the first hour I show up to work
$ 75.00 / hr for the first hour I show up to work troubleshooting
$ 49.00 / hr for each hour thereafter

I love it when people hire me for two hours =)

$70k / year would make me happy. I'm shooting for $250k
