I Got Injured At Work...

FUCKING HELL

On my day off, i decide I could use the extra cash so I got into work, get paid 250% today, so I figured why not.

Anyways, 2 hours before my shift is over, I get injured.

I was going though an intersection on my double-wide pallet jack, so was a forklift driver, from the opposite direction, i take the corner, PRESUMING that there was nobody there because nobody honked their horn (you are supposed to honk your horn when going through an intersection), so I go through, without stopping, as i shoudl have and plow right into his 3000 LB forklift, my thighs get crushed in between forklift and my steering column, all i hear is a little pop and i fall to the groudn and lay there until the first aid dood arives.

Anyways, Id partially/mostly my fault casue i Didn't stop at the intersection, but he didnt honk his horn either = :n:

Verdict = Crutches for atleast 2 weeks, light duties afterwards. 2 Bilateral Hip Contusions.

Here is where it gets shitty though...

If I apply for comp = 2 times on comp and I'm only 19 = Nobody will hire my ass later on
I'm on crutches for 2 weeks = fuck those things hurt your pits, they dig right in.
Can't go to the GYM for about 2-3 weeks = Bye Bye nice body :(

My social live is basically over, aside from friends that visit, no partying, NO FUCKING, no nothing...just sitting on my ass. I was all hyped about going to the bush party tonight, not gonna happen, was gonna chill at Juggs with Friends tomz night, not gonna happen, I really wanted to meet up with this girl i met at Insomnia and partied with at Milkshake, probably not gonna happen...damn..this is the Nutz.

On the plus side, i got mega morphine at the hospital and 12 T-3 Tylenols, so im high as a kite right now.

That sucks i had 2 of my finger's badly broken by a steel wheel once and it fucking hurt i had to get surgery on them and stuff. The only positive thing was i got 2 months off with pay.

I did something stupid this week too... I accidently misfired a nail gun. I was lucky only air came out. It still hurt like a bitch, but a nail would have shatered my wrist instantly.
