This is how I like it prepared best.
*brown sugar or syrup with spices *bbq with the above dressing *smoked *wind dried They have the best fucking salmon in Alert Bay Canada. Those people who've been preparing salmon for a millenia know how to make some damn fine delicious salmon. If you've ever ordered a salmon from a restaurant(it's usually farm salmon) and this is simply uncomparable to it. Anyways, it's like my taste buds just came alive and yearn for salmon all the time now, my freezer of salmon is nearly down to 5 fish. Good eatings... s t i n a
