when you're in user cp click on one of the edit buttons. Like edit profile or edit options and you can change a bunch of stuff. If you want to add a picture on the side go to edit avatar.

I had my 56, then I got bad karma which took me down to 54, then someone else gave me good karma which brought me up to 58, then Miskie gave me good karma which jumped me up to 68.
