Fun Experiment!
FUN EXPERIMENT!
Materials: 1) Full glass of cool water 2) A full bladder 3) A functioning toilet Procedure: The object is to get a continuous stream of pee to run as you are simultaneously drinking from the glass of water. This is a strange feeling. |

i guess it could work if you drank steadily before you began to pee.. with no breaks. and when you started to pee, you kept drinking..
then when you stopped drinking, youd keep peeing steadily for a while until you were empty. ive got to try this. |

haha. if you're being sarcastic: cool, i love sarcasm. we should go to dinner.
if you're being serious: yeah, most people can't picture me in a fraternity. But my plan is to infiltrate them and let them see me as one of their own, then bring the whole system down from the inside. Shhh..though, top secret. PS. okay, have i met you? Or did you just read somewhere on here that i was in a frat? |

I don't think it flushes vitamins from you, but you can get water toxicity which is when you drink so much water that it actually dilutes your blood to a point that it's really unhealthy. You'd have to drink a lot of water to get to that point though.
As for how much you're supposed to drink a day...something like six to eight glasses? I'm going from memory here, so i could be completely wrong. |

around 2L a day is healthy. also your urine can help tell you how hydrated you are or not. red is holy shit, brown is holy shit, dark yellow is dehydrated, opaque is good, pure clear means you are overhydrated. and yes it does flush your body.
