Roommate(s) Needed!!
Two of my roommates are moving out and we're looking for two more. I live in a 5 bedroom house (well duplex, we rent the whole thing) in North Burnaby. The closest intersection would be Curtis and Duthie I suppose. Nice quiet neighborhood. One dude is moving out at the end of this month and another the middle of next, so we have one room available on May 1st and another on June 1st. The rent is $350 a month plus utilities. We've got a washer/dryer and all that. There's only one covered parking spot which is first come first serve, otherwise you have to park on the street. The room available on May 1st is upstairs with a small balcony, you'd only share the bathroom with me, it's gotta full shower/tub. The room available June 1st is downstairs in the basement, there's only 2 bedrooms down there. And you'd share a bathroom with the dude who lives down there, it just has a stand up shower. The dude downstairs is cool, he's a dj and has a studio set up in his room. Umm can't think of anything else, pm me for more details, or add me to msn.

Hmmm... might interested in the spot in June. I should be debt free and able to move out of Slurrey by then! :D

If this was in like 8 months from now I would have already given you cash and a budget rent-a-truck would have been there with my stuff :P When I transfer to SFU I'll need to get outta abby!
I'll be sure to keep an eye on FNK for the future!
