in any case cartman has killed kids parents and fed them to him, he's faked being handicapped to compete in the special olympics, he tried to use "The Passion" by Mel Gibson as an excuse to terminate all the jews....

I'll agree he's the funniest character out of shock value... but favorite? ew

as for non-recurring characters, i'd say 'Jennifer Lopez' (Cartman's hand puppet), and the Taco That Shits Ice Cream. Cartman's ninja alter-ego 'Bulrog' was pretty awesome too...
