I sold Hot Karls' mom home to some bum on the streets for 25 cents. Otherwise, no big deal yet..although my mom sold 3 houses in 2 weeks...can you say hot market??? :D Anyways, we shall see what happens and all ;)

I sold my first house 5 months ago. And just got paid yesterday. It was tough one, hundred year old house (and looks like it), hassles, endless delays, threats of lawsuits.

I'm wondering if there's some way we can sell these ravers something. A warehouse suitable for indoor events? 20 acres for outdoor events? Whaddayathink?

I think we can strike a deal perhaps? When you got paid your commision...was the completion date 5 months AFTER the house sold?? Crazeee, but then again...selling a parcel of 20 acres would be novel to the rave scene, do you think Azim will commit to this? **shrugs** :P
