I don't think that its fair that we discriminate against someone because they have a disability and not let them go on park rides. But then again, if it is not safe, who the fuck is letting these poor people get on the rides? I mean, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to say "Gee! I think people with a certain disability that prevents them from holding on shouldn't be permitted to ride!"

When building these giant rides, everyone should be taken into consideration to a certain point. No one deserves to be sitting on the side lines because they are disabled, and no one deserves to be injured due to the stupidity of those who just want to make a quick buck in this life.

sounds like a problem with the ride... a full grown man shouldn't be able to slip out, cerebreal palsy or no. from the sounds of it it probably wasn't his first time on that ride, a malfunction or freak accident may be to blame. sad.

they should be built safe enough so that NO ONE can fall out. i wouldnt want to go on that after someone died on it, although im pretty sure people die at playland.. that place seems dangerous.. fun, but dangerous.
