Yes...the white elephant sitting there on the corner of Kind George and 64th. The old Surrey Public Market...quite a spacey place.

Dude i paint that place on the reg sure it would be great if you were able to get all the crackheads to vacate but there's not much of a chance of that happening. Plus i don't imagine that place is very safe.

I think its a good idea... that part of surrey is REALLY not bad. It's not Walley area. It'd b a great venue, we'd just have to work on it a bit by clearin out the crackheads and such.

that is a horrible venue

the location is crap, there is a cop shop/courthouse about 3 minutes away, plus the building is worth down and full of junk(ies) and other shit. but it is close as shit to my house....

That place is the biggest eye sore ever!
I liked it as a public market actually.
As for a rave - no go - it would be huge but its only blocks from the Cop station by the Newton Wave Pool. (plus im scared to go there - it would be like having a party inside an deserted prison or something)

I just drive by on my way to the Pool. I just see broken windows. Its sad they couldnt do more with it. It cost them a bundle back in the day.
