the one thing i dont get, now stick with me here
FOR THE SAKE OF MY POINT, lets just say stan did make the tickets, so say im stan, i go out and make 2000 fake tickets. why the fuck would i be stupid enough to sell them myself? obviously i would have thought about things that could have gone wrong. ie. people finding out there were fakes and everything gettin traced to the seller. i dont know, i just find it quite hard to believe that any of these promoters could be involved or that dumb.

If everyone got smart and always bought their ticket form the same person or store you know you wouldnt be getting ripped off... and then when you do get ripped off you would know how to find the person who owes you for your fake...

It is unfortunate that the Solid Corperation has not yet spoken on this topic and if directed by council to not talk in regards to this matter I respect that and do not push the issue. I am sure a staement will be released in due time. I know these are tough times in our scene with not only the Plaza of Nations closing but also a nice little scandal to go along with it. Right now this scene needs the support of everyone to survive. For all those people out there that are into this scene purely for the dollars and cents I don't dislike you........I hate you. There are many ticket resellers out there that do not care about this scene or the parties themselves they purely care about making money and this scene was not founded on that and to all the promoters out there no matter how long you have been at it I hope you can remember why you got involved in this in the first place and that was simply to put together a kick ass party that everyone can come and enjoy. Granted on a buissness side of things you have to approach large events very careful as there is alot of money at risk.(More than most people can imagine) But in the past few months it has been made very clear to me who really gives a damn about this scene and who doesn't and I can honestly admit that even I have been fooled by some of them. For instance not to single anyone out but a prime example is Lawerence. Most people know him and this guy shows up to help out with partys all the time. Most of the time not getting paid and working long hours. That is what this scene is about. I know there are several others that do alot like Bebe and Kraig who shows up days in advance to make sure everything is going to be good for the Dj's and many others too list. That is what this scene is about and right now I can not speak for them but me I'm really let down by the whole matter. Yes I'm going to be a little selfish here. I put alot of time and alot of work in planning and designing and implemeting the Grande Finale to really leave the Plaza the way I thought we should as a scene with everything it's done for us and then this happens and over shadows all the work and the good intentions that everyone put into this event. That's a major piss off to me. Anyways my bitching is done. P.S. 2000 x 50 = 100,000.00 (As an example)

This whole ticket thing didnt over shadow any part of the party... It was a one of the best parties i've gone to and this board shows people are still going to go to the shows... since this one is supposed to be about fusion dreams... and solid is putting it on... some people still have faith that the seen will go back to the way it once was...

but 2 weeks promo/flyering...maybe a radio spot..will that still be enough time to get a venue of a capacity of 1500+ filled?
