As many of you know, there was some sort of irregularity with a number of the tickets for the Grand Finale party held April 24, 2004. We are very concerned about it, and we have been, and are still currently, trying to determine what had happened for the past week and a half. Solid Corporation was by no means avoiding or neglecting the situation during the time span. The reason we have not discussed the issue with the general public—like others already have—was due to the fact that our attorney had advised us to remain silent until the situation had been completely resolved, as any single party who was involved in the production of the show could have possibly been the offender. According to our knowledge, the situation is still up in the mist and there is not yet a lucid answer. However, judging by the onslaught of bias views and finger pointing thus far, we feel it is our best interest to clarify all previous assumptions and misunderstandings/ misinterpretations there appeared to be—that is, to voice our opinion/thoughts about this entire situation before it gets out of hand.

We have been promoting in this scene for a number of years, and we have earned our reputation by putting on magnificent events and giving our customers a great show for their money’s worth. Further, we are a blooming company that has been growing stronger ever since last year’s I.M.F. 2003 at the Pacific Coliseum—and above that, we have several upcoming shows aligned for the year 2004. Absolutely by no means would a company of this caliber jeopardize their reputation with a crime of this magnitude and risk their increasing support from the people.

We do our best to ensure that all of our customers get what they pay for. Consequently, we are truly concerned about any related proceedings that tarnished the Grand Finale party for some guests. Solid Corporation will accommodate compensation to our customers on this matter.

Despite everything, we still received a great degree of positive feedback about the show. All the unconditional support we continually receive from the general public—especially from those who had enjoyable experiences from attending our past shows / club events—has further strengthened our motivation to bring the public even more extraordinary events. We anticipate great upcoming shows for the remainder of the 2004, and you can count on getting your money’s worth and having a wonderful time.

I knew that in due time a release would be made. As many of you can see there is nothing to be hidden here and everyone involved in this matter have similar outlooks on the facts as they are and what is being done. There is still someone to blame but no amount fo speculation is going help out this cause. pointing fingers at anyone without substatially factual information is pointless. I know it's not been easy not being able to release a statement when you wanted and I am glad you have now. With the support of Twisted, Solid and Plaz awe will hopefully get to the bottom of this.
