The only good games for GC are games made by Nintendo and RARE (before ms bought them)

I think we'll see a fall in gc games in the next year. Viewtiful joe will be released on GC and PS2 later this year.

Gamecube easily outsold the XBox and PS2 over the past year. The only reason they haven't been making the money they could be was because they didn't produce nearly enough of them to meet the rush.

I believe I sold about 10% of the Gamecubes people asked me for.

In a world of supply and demand, the price drop makes little sense.

ive never been much into video games. i have a psone for all my dancing.
i wouldnt mind having a dreamcast for crazy taxi and sonic adventure.
xbox has munches oddysee. but its not worth it for one game..

That and you can open up the Xbox and switch the HD to a 120Gb drive... Mod it and then you can rip games to the Hard Drive when you rent them. ;)

i'm prolly gonna be buying a gamecube sometime soon because i really love the resident evil series...damn them for moving it to the nintendo system instead of staying on the playstation!

I love my gamecube.
For fun party games for lots of people, its the best (so say the hours and hours of Super Smash Bros. Melee and Mario Cart: Double Dash). It's got amazingly smooth graphics, even on its first run of games (Luigi's Mansion, Pikman).
For the more agressive, there are plenty of RE/RE-clones to play.
The contoler, in my opinion, is comfortable and functional, more so then the other consoles.
Like ppcock said, the games on the Gamecube are the pulling feature. Where X-box and Playsation2 both have tons of games, most of them suck, with some decent stuff thown in, where as you can pick up most any Gamecube game and enjoy it.

Oh, and no matter what you get, the first game you need to buy is Soul Calibur 2...

machine wise, xbox out does all other systems.. the hardware it contains is far superior to the other consoles.. game wise, its up to you, depending on what kind of games you like, etc.. every console has some awesome game titles that are exclusive to each.. anybody that says different is coming from a bias view..

xbox2 will rock the console world.. watch out..

p.s. bill gates will not fail.. to much money, power, and a billion think tanks behind him.. xbox is gonna take over..
